Student Code of Conduct
Â鶹´«Ã½'s Code of Conduct guides students through the University's conduct process, how to submit complaints, what to expect during an investigation, and how to request appeals.

Alcohol and other Drugs Policy
At Â鶹´«Ã½, the use, possession, or sale of alcoholic beverages (including under-age drinking), tobacco, illegal drugs, firearms, or other dangerous weapons on University-owned or controlled property is prohibited.
Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act
Legislation that requires Â鶹´«Ã½ to implement and enforce drug prevention programs and policies as a condition of eligibility to receive federal financial assistance.
Medical Amnesty Policy
Students needing and seeking medical assistance during an alcohol or other drug-related emergency will not face formal conduct action by the Dean of Students Office for the mere possession or use of alcohol or drugs.
You are responsible to the University to abide by the rules and regulations contained in these documents.
