OKLAHOMA CITY β ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ City University is one of the best colleges to work for in the nation, according to The Chronicle of Higher Educationβs β2017 Great Colleges to Work Forβ report that was released today.
The university was recognized in the categories of collaborative governance, job satisfaction, teaching environment, work-life balance, supervisor-department chair relationships and tenure clarity and process.The Chroniclealso listed ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ City University on its Honor Roll, recognizing it as a stand-out institution in its size category.
In all, 42 institutions are listed on the Honor Roll and 79 institutions were recognized as a 2017 Great College to Work For.

The Chronicle collaborated with ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm to survey hundreds of thousands of employees nationwide. The process included a two-part assessment for the report including a random employee survey and an analysis of demographic data and workplace policies.
βGreat Colleges to Work Forβ is one of the largest and most comprehensive workplace studies in higher education.
