She was named after the song "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets" from the musical Damn Yankees.

She is a red colored doberman which is a "rare" color for this breed.

How long have we had her?
8 years
What made me decide on this pet?
I grew up with Doberman's my entire life and have always loved them. They became one of my favorite breed's because of their regal look, loving personality, and playfulness.
Favorite thing to do with this pet?
Our favorite thing to do with Lola is play fetch...or I should say it is her's 🙂 We play fetch everyday! She has about 10 different balls to choose from and she loves them all the same. She is a bit of a trouble maker and keeps me and my husband on our toes. She is the sweetest dog, she still thinks she is a puppy, and her love is unconditional.
Pet 2:
Name: Luna
My husband, Jim, had a friend they called "moon-dog" who passed away so he named Luna in memory of his friend.
Breed:
Australian Sheltie Shepherd and Border Collie Mix. She is a tri-color of black, white, and tan.
Age:
9
How long have I had her?
8 years, she was a rescue we found at 1 years old.
What made me decide on this pet?
My husband always wanted to rescue a dog. One day he went looking, saw her calm and loving demeanor among multiple pets and they connected right away.
Favorite thing to do with this pet?
Our favorite thing to do with Luna is play Frisbee and take walks. Her favorite thing about walking is that she gets to explore. She is the calmest and loving dog, she adores affection, and loves belly rubs.
